Dear ISA Families,
Best wishes for a relaxing holiday ahead. As Dr. Neufeld (developmental psychologist), has expressed so eloquently above, don’t forget to schedule some play into your break no matter your age. If you are looking for ideas, BBC Headroom will keep you entertained for a while. I think my favorite so far in BBC Headroom is The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross. Even if you don’t pick up a paint brush, just watching him in action is good for the soul. In our next thistle, we will be looking at some apps for CBT strategies to help with anxiety management.
