Student Ambassadors
Our student ambassadors enjoyed meeting new families during the New Family Orientation last week. They are excited to see everyone again during the back to school Ice Cream Social on Saturday, 23 August, at 2:00.
Later this year the ambassadors will be helping with Open Days and other important school events. Student voice and agency is important at ISA, and the students can participate in leadership activities such as Model United Nations, National Honour Society, Duke of Edinburgh Award, Junior Duke Award, Peer Mediators, Elementary Community Lunches, and CAS (Creativity, Action, and Service) - which is an integral part of our IBDP curriculum.
Leadership activities at ISA improve the students' sense of agency and belonging, and also make our school community a safe and caring environment.
