Grade 9 Parent Coffee
We enjoyed seeing you at the 9th grade parent coffee last week! Our Head of Grade 9, Cristi Sanz, recently hosted this friendly session, along with the 9th grade advisory teachers.
A helpful focus of her efforts has been ensuring that the 9th grade students are well-prepared and organised for exam week during the first week of December. Importantly, this focus on organisation and time management serves as excellent internal practice for 10th grade next year as students begin to think about their optional IGCSE exams in 10th grade.
Additionally, Ms Sanz has prioritized helping the students settle into their first year of high school, making regular check-ins a key part of her role to provide consistent support and help them adjust smoothly to the high school environment.
